Policies

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.  However we regularly ship orders within in 1 business day and will do our best to ship any orders received before 10am Eastern that same business day.  We will reach out by phone or email with any exceptions.

 

RETURN POLICY:

For any product received in poor condition or in error, we will exchange product that you receive by sending you a box of replacement product and a shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect product.

 

"Not satisfied? We want to make it right. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.  Customer is responsible for freight charges and refund will be issued only after return is received.

 

If we cannot refund the original payment method we will offer you store credit.

 

DATA POLICY:

We collect billing, shipping, and email information only to fulfill orders, process payments, and improve user experience.

Personal data is stored securely.  We do not store credit card data.

Customer data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations).
